Individual therapy
In individual therapy, your personal concerns, goals, and experiences are the focus. In a safe environment, we work together to better understand stressful thoughts, feelings, and behavioural patterns—and to develop new paths toward improved quality of life and inner stability.
Couples therapy
Couples therapy provides space for an open, respectful dialogue between partners. Together, we explore recurring conflicts, communication patterns, or stressful phases of life—with the goal of promoting mutual understanding and finding new solutions for a respectful relationship.
Please note: Couples therapy is not covered by statutory or private health insurance and is therefore billed as a self-pay service.
Group therapy
In group therapy, you will experience that you are not alone with your challenges. The exchange within the group offers the opportunity to support one another, gain new perspectives, and strengthen social skills – all in a safe and professionally supported environment.
